Kochareekkal Caves is one of the hidden gem in Ernakulam district of Kerala. This cave is situated near Areekal Waterfalls in Pampakuda. Kochareekkal caves is covered with huge trees and caves which feels like a deep jungle. The caves is supported by huge roots of the tree. It is so big that it can accommodate up to 20 people. The suspension bridge is built behind the Perumthrikovil temple in Pazhur and connects the villages of Pazhur and Kakkad.
